I am sorry we have a new rule. We only take guys who are at least lvl 15 or more!

Have you read the topic up to application format? there stands you have to be lvl 15 and at least 1 week on website

lol I don't think you get it. You need to be atleast 1 week online on the forums and online ingame but due to a server crash you couldn't be on so please re-apply after you accomplish those tasks.. continue to be online when server is up. Don't insult players and be nice...
